William Wordsworth - My Heart Leaps Up

My heart leaps up when I behold
A rainbow in the sky.
So was it when my life began;
So is it now I am a man;
So be it when I grow old,
Or let me die!
The Child is father of the Man;
And I could wish my days to be
Bound each to each by natural piety.

"Memory doesn't pass, it accumulates. In this way, time is a gift."
- Prof. Braun, commenting on this poem.

Smattering of pictures on a long-neglected blog

Wow, I haven't posted a picture in a long time. Here's some recent pictures.
DDM grows....Emily was added since this picture, as well.
A group of us went to the Harvest Moon Ball, as it was called, last weekend. My favorite part, aside from dancing, was watching the crowd of, shall I say "classic folks", who came out for the swing band. One of them celebrated the eve of his 86th birthday dancing with his cute little wife, who matched his 4'2" stature.
